  Can I blow out filters to extend their lifetime, and do I need to replace all the filters at the same time?

• Can I use my laser cutter without connecting to a PC?

  Yes! Using a USB thumbdrive and LightBurn, you can export laser instructions (or "GCode") in LightBurn and bring the file directly to your laser wherever it may be located.

• How do I connect my laser cutter to my PC?

  To get the most out of your laser cutter, it's best to connect it directly to the computer via USB using the Lightburn laser software. This is usually automatic, but there are a couple of errors that occasionally stop Lightburn or the machine from connecting to one another.

• Reseating a Fuse on your Mako 60W Laser

  Sometimes during transit there is a fuse that is coming loose and will prevent the laser from turning on, or the z-axis from moving up and/or down

• Troubleshooting a Laser Fume Extractor/Filter Alarm

  The XL300 fume extractor comes with a built-in airflow alarm to alert users when insufficient air is being drawn from the machine - If something unnoticed goes wrong with the system, this is a safety feature to prevent subtle or undetected fumes from escaping the laser in high concentrations.
